Terms and Conditions

  1. Work Ethic: We are committed to provide exceptional customer service, being partners to our clients on their journey to a prominent online presence. We strive to understand your needs and provide creative and effective solutions that exceed your expectations. 1.1 Transparency and honesty: We value transparency and honesty in all our interactions with clients. We are committed to being clear and honest about our capabilities, rates and timelines, and to communicating openly and honestly at all times.

  2. Services offered: We have different types of services, and only the services detailed in the quote will be established, in which the client accepts without altering or adding after delivery and review. A different quote will be offered when the client wants more services than those agreed in the original quote.

  3. Work process:  An initial consultation will be made to understand the focus of the project, and then a meeting will be held to discuss details and understand each of the services that the client needs and include the gathering of requirements. The design, connection diagram of resources such as domain and email, for which only the content that the client provides will be used.  The preliminary design will be made, and the client will have the right to 2 revisions during the next 24 hours and after the client's approval no more changes will be made to proceed to final implementation.  

  4. Client Responsibilities:  The client has the responsibility to provide during the design process, the content, images, videos, and any other media supported by Wix in the formats defined in the quote and feedback at the time of revisions clearly and as soon as possible. No more content will be added after final implementation.

  5. Intellectual Property: It is established that the site owner owns the copyright and intellectual property over the website design once the project is completed. The client will be able to make all the changes he considers after the site ownership is transferred to them, and Studio MT will not be responsible for any malfunction or comments that the client wishes to express on his site. Adhering to the Rules and Policies of the platforms used.

  6. Fees and payments: Clearly specify fees for services and any payment policies, such as deposits, payment terms, and late payment charges in the quote. No modifications will be made to the prices of our services, they will only be made to the payments managed by Studio MT, taking into account the price of the platforms used. 6.1 Payment Processors: The Payment processors used are: Paypal and for payments with Debit or Credit card Tilopay, which use PCI DSS Complaint Security Standards for customer security. The payment concept for Studio MT will be 'Tilopay Guatemala'.

  7. Cancellations and refunds:  All deposits and services confirmed by the cliente and delivered will not be refundable. If the client wishes to cancel the subscription to platform services managed by Studio MT, a refund will be requested from the platforms with the terms of 14 days of immediate refund on the first purchase and total and/or proportional refunds as the case may be. Giving a maximum period of 20 business days for said refund request to be processed. In case the client makes a Chargeback to the bank after the service has been delivered. The service will be canceled and disputed with documentation proving that the customer agreed to which the payment processors will make their own administrative charges payment per chargeback request.

  8. Guarantees and limitations of liability: Studio MT uses third-party platforms such as Google, Wix, among others, which are depended on for the full functioning of the website. In case there is a technical problem with the platform. The client must contact the technical service of the corresponding platform. Studio MT . Once the final delivery and induction to the platform are made, the client must make inquiries to the customer service of the corresponding platform. 

  9. Confidentiality: Our priority in the protection of personal and company data. The privacy and security of all sensitive information will be safeguarded. Under no circumstances  we share or sell any type of information.
